    Hello, @gunjan gulati,

    1) We have conducted a thorough review of your website and found no issues. We have also tested the product search function and clicked on a product only once to display the product page.

For your reference, we have recorded a video demonstrating this process. We kindly request you to watch it in its entirety.
    https://streamable.com/sipm5e

    2) In order to address your concern, we have prepared a video tutorial on our test site for your convenience. We kindly request you to view the entire video and adhere to the steps demonstrated therein.

Please find the video at the following link: https://streamable.com/p7kyry

We trust that this will effectively resolve your issue.

    3) These buttons on our demos are just examples of how real languages and currency switches can be displayed, they do not work, by default.

For the Currency Switcher, you will need to install and configure the WOOCS plugin.

Please refer to the article links below for instructions on how to set up these plugins with our theme:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-currency-switcher/
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/

    Hello, @ecommercedev,

    Thank you for your response.

If you are utilizing a single product page and desire to eliminate the ‘add to cart’ quantity input, please note that there is currently no direct option to do so. However, you can achieve this by using a specific CSS code.

Kindly copy and paste the following CSS code into the designated location: Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS. Once pasted, please ensure to publish it.

    .single-product .quantity {
        display: none !important;
    }

We trust that this will effectively resolve your issue.

    Hello, @Liva,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2) We kindly request you to activate the Parent theme once and check again. Please inform us about the outcome.

    Hello, @BubbaDan,

We have conducted a review of your website and noticed that you are currently utilizing the default single product page, as opposed to a custom single product builder.

This can be done by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS on your site.

    Hello, @razr1911,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.

The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( http://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives. Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.

The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

We trust that you will find this information beneficial.

    Hello, @GTP,

Yes, it’s possible to make the content on your website load one by one using Elementor, a popular WordPress page builder plugin. You can achieve this effect by adding animations to individual elements on your page. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

    Install and Activate Elementor:
If you haven’t already, install and activate the Elementor plugin on your WordPress website.

    Create or Edit a Page:
Go to the page you want to edit with Elementor or create a new page.

    Add Content Elements:
Use Elementor to add the content elements you want on your page. You can add headings, text, images, buttons, or any other elements you need.

    Set Animation for Each Element:
Once you’ve added your elements, select an element you want to animate. In the left panel, you’ll see the “Advanced” section. Click on it to expand it.

    Add Animation:
Under the “Motion Effects” section, you can choose an animation type for the selected element. Elementor provides various animation options like fade, zoom, slide, rotate, etc. Select the animation that suits your needs.

    Adjust Animation Settings:
After selecting the animation type, you can further customize it. You can set the animation duration, delay (to control when it starts), and even the starting point (e.g., top, bottom, left, right).

    Repeat for Other Elements:
Repeat the process for each element you want to animate. You can have different animations for different elements, and you can control the order in which they load by setting different delay times.

    Preview and Save:
Before saving your changes, you can preview the page to see how the animations work. Adjust the animation settings as needed to achieve the desired loading sequence.

    Save and Publish:
Once you are satisfied with the animations, click the “Update” or “Publish” button to save your changes and make them live on your website.

By following these steps, you can make the content on your website load one by one with animations applied to each element. This creates a visually appealing and engaging user experience. Remember to use animations wisely and don’t overdo it, as too many animations can make your website feel cluttered and distracting.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

    2) Please go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

    3) If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    Hello, @GTP,

We regret to inform you that the section you requested is currently unavailable for import in the Xstudio library.

As a workaround, we have imported the same demo on our test site and exported that section using the Elementor ‘Save as Template’ feature.

We have uploaded the exported file in the private content area for your convenience. We kindly request you to download it.

Once downloaded, you can import it to any page on your site. To do this, edit the page with the Elementor page builder, click on the upward arrow next to the update button, and then upload and import the section to your site page.
