    Hello,

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

    Regards

    Hello, @Street La Mode,

We kindly request that you always initiate a new topic on our Support Forum to prevent any potential issues or inconveniences.

Upon reviewing your website, we have discovered that the latest version of the Xstore theme and core plugin are currently activated.

In order to identify the issue on your site, we kindly ask you to enable debug mode in WordPress, as per the instructions provided in the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ . This will help to determine what needs to be fixed.

Provide us with wp-admin and FTP access in private content area, so we can check the situation more deeply.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
