How to add link for a chat button on the top header?

Hello,

Is there anyway to add a link which opens a chat link on the website?

For example on this demo; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/

Can we add the words “chat button” and once someone clicks it, it opens the chat service of choice on the wesbite?
