    1/ We would like to inform you that we have successfully deactivated a third-party plugin on your website, which has addressed the issue concerning the header transparency and the selection of a transparent background color.

    Upon further investigation, we noticed that when the Advanced Layout feature is activated and the Header Builder option is utilized, the header seems to disappear.

    We have identified that the root cause of this issue is the header background color being set to transparent across the entire site. This results in the header appearing correctly on the homepage, where a background image is present, but not on the cart page, which lacks a background image.

    To achieve that, We have to copy the content-product-cat from parent theme to child theme.

    We’ve created a new file under the child theme: xstore-child/woocommerce/content-product-cat.php, the tag is now changed from h4 to span.

    We would like to inform you that in order to investigate the root cause of the issue you reported, we temporarily activated the Xstore parent theme via the Appearance > Themes section of your website. Please be assured that no changes were made to your site during this process.

    Upon review, it has been confirmed that the difficulties you are experiencing are due to custom modifications made to your child theme. As previously mentioned, our responsibility does not extend to issues arising from additional customizations implemented within the child theme.
