    Hello, @khurram virk,

    Thank you for your response.

We are reaching out to request your assistance in conducting a necessary diagnostic test to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is associated with our theme.

Kindly proceed with the following steps:

    1. Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

    2. Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question and let us know the result.

This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello, @Rakibul,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

To resolve your issue, kindly adhere to the following steps provided.

1/ Upon thorough investigation, we have verified the functionality of the same option on our test site, and it is working correctly. The issue only persists on your site

We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme.

2/ To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset. https://ibb.co/m8LyJSK

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site https://ibb.co/SNcVHfT ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again.

    Hello, @devprof,

Thank you for your inquiry about adding a “Continue Shopping” button to the mini cart. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Currently, our theme does not have built-in functionality or theme options to create a custom mini cart with a “Continue Shopping” button. The “Shopping Cart” button is designed to appear by default only when a product has not been added to the cart. Once a product is added, the mini cart is optimized to streamline the checkout process.

However, we offer flexibility through the XStore Builders >> Cart Page, where you can customize the Cart page according to your preferences. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor/

Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

If you have any further questions or require assistance with customization, please feel free to reach out.

    Hello, @Natali,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

    1) After conducting a thorough investigation, it appears that the issue with the display of wishlist and cart table headers is associated with the Child theme. Upon activating the Parent theme, we confirmed that both the cart page and wishlist are functioning properly.

For a visual reference, please consult the image provided at the following link: https://imgur.com/a/LQyHKQG

    2) Upon checking in private mode, we observed that the wishlist is functioning properly. Disabling the cache plugin should help refresh the data and resolve the discrepancy in the wishlist count.

    Hello, @GTP,

    1) We apologize for any inconvenience, but currently, we do not have a feature that allows for a live copy-paste of sections. Our development team is actively working on implementing such functionality. In the meantime, we strive to offer maximum possibilities for customization.

To achieve a similar section using Elementor, please follow these steps:

    a) Set the Elementor Page Layout to “Full Width” in the settings.
    b) Insert an image into the column within the container.
    c) Adjust the container layout to “Maximum Width.”

Additionally, As you are interested in the Parallax Fixed Background Effect, please refer to the instructions provided earlier. For visual guidance, we have prepared a video, accessible through the following link: https://streamable.com/er626r .

    2) You are Welcome!

    3) It seems like your customer is asking if they can add additional blocks on top of a parallax section, similar to what they’ve seen on another website (PCA). The response suggests that it’s possible and provides instructions on how to achieve this using XStore and Elementor widgets.

Here’s a breakdown of the steps mentioned in the response:

Pick and Drop XStore and Elementor Widgets:

    a) Open your page in Elementor.
    b) Look for the XStore widget and the Elementor widgets you want to add.
    c) Drag and drop these widgets into the desired container on your page.

    Set Settings as Provided Earlier:

    a) Refer to the settings or instructions provided earlier. This could be a video tutorial or written documentation that explains how to customize the appearance and behavior of the XStore and Elementor widgets.

    b) Ensure that you configure the settings as per the guidelines given in the earlier instructions.

    c) Refer to the Video on Animated Heading:

If there was a video tutorial provided earlier, review it for guidance on how to insert an animated heading into the container or column section.

Follow the steps outlined in the video to achieve the desired animated heading effect.

    Hello, @Jennifer,

Thank you for providing additional information. It seems that the issue is specific to the custom CSS applied to indicate out-of-stock products, and we prefer a different approach for managing the visibility of out-of-stock variations. To address this, you can suggest the following steps to the customer:

    a) Navigate to the Product:
In your WordPress admin, go to the product in question.

    b) Edit the Variation:
Access the “Variations” tab and locate the specific variation for which you want to indicate that it’s out of stock.

    c) Disable the Variation:
CheckOFF the “Enabled” option for the variation and turn it off. This will effectively disable the variation and prevent it from being selected by customers.

    d) Update the Product:
Save the changes by updating the product.

For a visual reference, please consult the image provided at the following link:
    https://imgur.com/a/LjQeBEl
    https://imgur.com/a/yehIxxl

By following these steps, the variation will be marked as disabled and not selectable by customers, effectively achieving the desired outcome of indicating that the product is out of stock.

In the developer tools, navigate to the “Elements” tab. Here, you can see the HTML structure of your page.
    Inspect Section Dimensions:

    a) Locate the HTML code for the specific section you’re interested in.
    b) The right-hand panel of the developer tools will display the CSS styles for the selected element.
    c) Look for the “Box Model” section, which will show you the dimensions (width, height, padding, border, and margin) of the selected element.

    2) you can confidently respond with a “Yes.” You can provide them with the steps We outlined in the previous response:

    a) Inspect the section to find its dimensions.
    b) Note the width and height values of the section.
    c) Create a new element in Elementor.
    d) Adjust the size of the new element to match the dimensions of the section.

Let them know that Elementor provides options in the widget’s settings panel to adjust the width and height values, allowing for precise customization. Additionally, encourage them to preview the changes to ensure that the new element aligns perfectly with the desired size.

    Hello, @GTP,

    1) Yes, you can indeed set the image to a specific size within our system. When editing the section layout, you can choose the “Boxed” content width option and set the minimum height and width to your desired dimensions, like 1000 x 400 pixels.

However, it’s crucial to be mindful of the image resolution when editing columns. If you set the image resolution too low, especially when resizing from a larger original size like 2000 x 800 pixels to 1000 x 400 pixels, the image may appear blurry due to the reduction in detail.

To maintain image clarity, We recommend using images with higher resolutions or adjusting the size within a reasonable range to minimize any noticeable loss in quality.

If you have any further questions or if there’s anything specific you’d like assistance with, feel free to let me know!

    2) Unfortunately, at the moment, adding videos directly to the container background is not supported within our current system.

While this specific feature may not be available, you can still showcase videos by embedding them within the container using other elements or widgets, like video players or embedding codes.

    Hello, @khurram virk,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Upon a thorough review of your website, we are pleased to inform you that the product images are displaying correctly on the single product pages. It appears that the issue you are experiencing may be related to caching rather than the website itself. https://ibb.co/cvPk8S9

To address this, we kindly suggest that you perform the following steps:

    1. Clear the cache on your Content Delivery Network (CDN) or server. This can often resolve display issues that are not immediately apparent.
    2. Temporarily disable the CDN on your website to rule out any conflicts it may be causing.
    3. Clear your browser’s cache to ensure that you are viewing the most recent version of your web pages.

We trust that these actions will rectify the situation. Should you require further assistance or if the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation that the issue has been resolved.
