How to display same banner in all category pages?

This is my category page banner is display.

only in shop page display banner.

plz guide us that how to display same banner for all category.

Yes, it is possible to use the same category image for all categories on a website or platform. However, in our theme, We understand that you are interested in adding a banner or image across all categories on your website. To accomplish this, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Navigate to the ‘XStore’ section in your website’s dashboard.
2. Proceed to ‘Theme Options’ and select ‘WooCommerce’.
3. Click on ‘Shop’ and then ‘Shop Page Layout’.
4. Locate the ‘Banner Position & Banner Content’ settings.
5. Here, you can insert the specific static block shortcode that you wish to display as your banner.
6. Once you have entered the shortcode, ensure that you click ‘Publish’ to save and apply the changes.

I already try this but didn’t see actual result.Banner not display on category page.Please can you put any image on category page.

Thank you for your prompt response and for sharing your experience. We understand the challenge you are facing with the banner not displaying on the category page when navigating directly from the bottom header(Categories).

Upon further investigation, it appears that the banner is configured to show within the Shop content, specifically when transitioning from the shop page to categories. However, to ensure consistent banner display when navigating directly to a category from the bottom header, We recommend creating a Custom Product Archive using the XStore Product Archive Builder.

Please follow these steps to implement the solution:

a) Access the XStore Product Archive Builder.
b) Set the condition to Show Categories > All.
c) Save and update the changes.

By creating a Custom Product Archive with these specifications, you should see the banner displayed even when moving directly to a category from the bottom header.
