    At present, our system is configured to display only two tabs in the mobile menu: “Menu” and provide only one additional tab that you can set as “Categories.” Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to add an extra panel for “Brands” on the mobile menu.

    We understand the importance of having flexibility in menu customization, and we value your suggestion for additional tabs like “Brands.” While we currently do not have this specific feature available.

    1/ WooCommerce does not provide a built-in setting or option to display a custom message on the My Account page after successful registration. To achieve this, some level of code customization or modification is typically required.

    2/ On our test site it is working/showing correctly, the issue is only with your site.
    Also my-account page comes from woocommerce plugin, Please Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

    Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

    This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem, and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

    The issues with the header background color, logo alignment, and the sticky function in the main menu were related to a third-party plugin, namely “XStore Advanced Sticky Header,” which was conflicting with the default settings provided by XStore.

    To resolve these concerns, we recommend deactivating the “XStore Advanced Sticky Header” plugin, as the XStore theme inherently includes default settings for the Sticky Header functionality. Upon deactivating the plugin, you should observe that all desired changes in the header, including background color and logo alignment, are functioning correctly.

    You have made customizations using the “Multiple Header” feature, you can easily edit the header for the Front page by following these steps:

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    1) To address the issue you mentioned—where the hamburger icon appears black instead of white, and scrolling does not reveal the hamburger menu or the search engine magnifying glass—follow these steps:

    a)Navigate to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Multiple Header.
    b)Edit the specific Header that you are using.
    c)Access the Sticky Header section and select the “Main Header Set Mobile Version.”
    d)In the Style section, locate the background color setting and modify it according to your preference.

    Once you’ve adjusted the background color of the main header on mobile devices, you should see the hamburger icon and the search icon displayed properly when scrolling.

    2)Thank you for bringing the concern about the header separation line on mobile to our attention.

    We are pleased to inform you that we have addressed this issue by making adjustments in the main header settings.
