Hello,

It is how the Newsletter works, there is no option to apply it for the Home page only.
You can try to use Multiple headers to create a custom header for the Front page, here is a video about multiple headers – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc

About image size read here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ Regenerate thumbnails using plugin mentioned in our docs to apply settings. It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

What screen size is on your screenshot?
Did you check from real iPad or emulator or just by resizing the window of your desktop?
When you re-size browser window, you need to reload page, click on https://prnt.sc/20xlrju and check the content then.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
