Side panel category has disappeared, page change does not work

    Hi there,

    Since the latest update, the column category on the shop page has disappeared.

    The column category on the shop page has disappeared since the latest update.

    The column category is also not available on the mobile phone.

    Since then, the other pages of the shop have not worked either.
    If you select page 2, the products will be loaded and if you want to go further, page 3 or page 4, the script will hang.

    As it is almost Christmas, I donโ€™t want to scare any customers because the shop is not working properly.

    I ask for urgent help on how to solve the problem.

    Important: everything was perfect before the update!

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    Try: Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Enable Sticky Sidebar > Off

    Hi there,

    the problem is clearly due to what you suggested to me with the sticky function for the categories.

    The problem when I switch pages and the products don’t load is still there!

    The filter option on the shop page with off-canvas does not work either.

    Hello, I managed that everything works fine.

    The only thing that doesn’t want to run is the filter on mobile devices (off-canvas).

    Hello,

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Hello,

    Download theme-init.php file from this page https://dropmefiles.com/3krx8 , and re-upload the file into xstoreframework folder via FTP.
