Site popup with Elementor static block does not work

HI,

I want to enable site popup for a promotion on the website.

I have created a static block in elementor, added a newsletter element into the header, enabled time delay for it to show, but the popup is just white

Kindly check screenshots in PM

Can you please advise what could be wrong?

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

HI,

kindly check temporary limited admin access in PM

Also attached is the screenshot of the static block (popup banner) that I wanted to have active on the website.

Please for testing purposes place the newsletter into the top header section so it does not mess up my header on the live website.

kindly check again as well as the original link to the login page in the PM. I do not use /wp-admin for login

Hello,

Clear cache and check the popup now.
Do not set Motion Effects > Entrance Animation for elements of the popup.
