Switching images does not work when viewing the product image

    I can’t find where image viewing is enabled. I think I’ve already tried everything. Pressing the scroll buttons (1) or the thumbnail (2) nothing happens.

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

    Deactivated all plugins except – XStore Core, Elementor and WooCommerce. Renamed the cache folder on my hosting to cache_old. Opened the website in a new private window. Nothing helped. The problem remains.
    P.S. I will add that a few days ago everything worked fine.

    Thanks for the reply. Provide temporary FTP access, please. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.
