Can’t click “select options” button on product quick view

Hi,

I’m reaching you, cause I just saw a bug on my website.
When I open the shop page, and click “quick view” button on a variable product, the lateral tab asks me to choose options for this product, but nothing happns.

On single products, the add to cart product works perfectly though.

Any Idea how I can solve this issue?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.
2/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Yes it works because you are not on a variable product.
It’s with variable products that it doesn’t work.

Hi,

I will share the step by step screens:
1) We click on the quick preview button of a product in the home page.

2) A pop up opens on the right side with the product information inside. There are 2 buttons “Select Options” and “Choix des options”, when clicked there is no action taken. This should normally open a menu or redirect to the product page. This problem is only present for products with variations.

Hello, Indeed, we can now click the button as intended, but another problem came out with that. All variations now appear on the shopping list, only the main product is supposed to appear. I sent you a screenshot of the new problem.

I also notice another link who didnt work as intended, I don’t know if it’s new or not, but the choose option in the homepage widget doesnt click either.
