We should say that this access does not work as well. Also, you should know that before posting the admin/FTP access it is much better to check it from your side because if you post incorrect data then we try to connect and answer you that it is not working and we should ask you again to check and circle after circle having the same deal. Please, check and make sure that it is working.

We’ve checked on windows and all is fine. What browser do you use? Make sure that the browser is not very old. Clear cache of the browser.
Could you record a video of the problem?
Try to change Images Loading Type in Theme Options -> Speed Optimization.

Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content Optimization option, clear cache, and check.
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

To create child-theme after you made some changes in Theme Options you need to go to Theme Options -> Import/Export section and click export button to get all theme options you have with parent theme. After you downloaded file you may switch to child-theme from dashboard or go to XStore Control Panel -> Import Demos -> Click on import any demo and go through the step of creating child-theme https://gyazo.com/e84804fcc2d45e02e3f0f12994a54732
Once you switched to child-theme you should go to Theme Options -> Import/Export -> import file (you loaded before) -> Save Changes

Also, you may install free/premium cache plugins to make it better. CDN cache makes also speed up for websites. And you may ask your hosting provider about server cache also.

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
Also, it would be better to disable “Stretch product images option” option and re-upload images that are “too small” in large resolution.
