The site loads different than when in the customizer.

Single Product is the main issue. It loads as full width even though I have it disabled.

I have enabled then disabled and flushed the cache multiple times.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
We can’t access Theme Options. Please set the administrator role for the user.

The single product pages are still in full width.

Also if I have it not set to full width, when you load mobile the content is off the page:

Also if I have it not set to full width, when you load mobile the content is off the page

– try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
