Hello,

You provided only WP Dashboard access. But we also ask you about access to your files, not just to your site backend. So, provide us with the FTP host, FTP username and FTP password to get access to your WP installation. We’ll be able to proceed once get FTP.

Hello,

It’s not suitable. Because if we get any fatal error during fixes we’ll be locked and won’t be able to do anything. So, please, provide us with FTP host, FTP username and FTP password.

We should say that this access does not work as well. Also, you should know that before posting the admin/FTP access it is much better to check it from your side because if you post incorrect data then we try to connect and answer you that it is not working and we should ask you again to check and circle after circle having the same deal. Please, check and make sure that it is working.
