Product gallery lightbox pop up didn’t function

Hello 8 theme team,

I found the lightbox pop up for product gallery isn’t function, I use the “WPBakery Page Builder” and “Single Product Page Setting”, I know that could able lightbox option in “Single Product Page Builder”, but before the launch of “Single Product Page Builder”, the “Single Product Page Setting” support the lightbox that is default open, I remembered, could you help me to able lightbox in the basic single product page setting? Because some reasons, we can only use the “Single Product Page Builder”.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, and I will pass this problem to our dev team.

Hello Rose,

Sorry for My Late Response. I checked all of plugins and confirmed the reason is “YITH WooCommerce Wishlist”, that makes the lightbox unusable in the single product page. But I download “YITH WooCommerce Wishlist” from “XStore Plugins Installer”, I think this plugin adapte to the theme, because the lightbox in the single product page function just suddenly doesn’t work.

By the way, I found the lightbox only doesn’t work in the PC mode, it works very well in the tablet mode and phone mode.

And I have another problem for another website, that I found yesterday. We couldn’t adjust the transparency, because that disappeared.

Hello,

The fix will be included in next update also but if you need to fix it manually now then
1/ go to xstore/framework/woo.php
2/ find et_get_gallery_image_props() -> https://gyazo.com/475c885ac32485100fae90460ab69de3
3/ add ‘class’ => ‘attachment-shop_single size-shop_single wp-post-image’, param as on screenshot above

Could you tell me what option misses the transparency for the background?

Hello Olga,

Thank you for your help.

In fact, I found all of transparency setting is missing in the “Theme Customize”, not only for the background, but also the transparency setting of the font color. That means, all of transparency setting is missing.

Do you use any third-party plugins there? Try to disable them and check if you still have the mentioned issue. If yes, then provide us with WP Dashboard access to check and help you.
