Topic: website is not responsive to mobile/desktop

when i update the site from the mode ‘Desktop’ or ‘mobile’ view, the website header stays fixed to the mode i updated it in. So if i update the site in mobile view, the mobile header will be applied to the desktop site and vice versa.

Hello,
Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content Optimization option, clear cache, and check.
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
