Hello,
Describe by you problem is almost not visible to us. But you can try the next:
– Header Builder > Cart > Mini-Cart Type > None. Clear cache and check how it works then.
– try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

Hello,
We’ve disabled “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple And Variable Products” https://prnt.sc/hxpDU1FRCQWj
Please clear cache and check now.

Hello,
Once we disable our Email builder and checked the link with default woocomerce emails the link to reset password is broken as well -> https://prnt.sc/4QQgeRIy7jJG . So the problem is not in our Email builder but with WooCommerce, please, contact their support with such question (you may keep our Email builder disabled to show them the problem with default emails)

Hello,
You’re welcome!
With the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), it doesn’t work also either on cart page https://prnt.sc/vvQtzgQds4zn or on Single product -> https://gyazo.com/c7d974d7675e1162b26751c7d8d2af52
It means the situation is independent of the theme, so you need to contact the authors of the plugin.

Hello,
We checked the ftp/admin access you provided and also deep inside the code of follows-up plugin. We can tell you that it is not possible to customize those emails via our Email builder due to the fact this plugin provides its own editor for email templates you created -> https://prnt.sc/jXt6yy6NDzuM . We can recommend you to contact with plugin’s author only and ask them about the solution from their side, because from our side we see that it is almost not possible and may take too much time of checking but not successful.

Hello @Erupt Media,
We can’t log in. What is URL of page for login? /wp-admin doesn’t work, it redirects us to the maintenance page.

“I have not found the folder et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets in FTP” -> here you have such file -> https://prnt.sc/ylCqv6H49wmF
After the fix was uploaded it fixed your issue -> https://prnt.sc/1FfxgHQrEYZm . Don’t forget to clear your caches

Hello,
In this case, please post different questions from your different sites via separate topics on the forum.
To be able to help, we need temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
1/ About add to cart – try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, we need access (wp-admin and FTP) to be able to take a closer look, because we do not have such a problem on our test site.
2/ Product variation that is ”Out of stock” can be displayed like this -http://prntscr.com/t21xou with our variation swatches (in case “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory).
If this doesn’t work, provide access, so we can take a closer look.

Fixed. The fix will be included in the next update too.

Hello,
You can activate the theme now.

Hello,
Another specialist will get back to you after a detailed review. Please be patient and do not change access.
Regards
It should be in wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets
What FTP password can we use?
Regards
Hello,
Just the theme update should not cause such problems.
What version did you use before the update?
Have you cleared cache?
We do not see any problem with Add to Cart on your site right now.
Could you, please record a video of the problems? Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access also.
Regards
Please temporarily switch XStore theme to Storefront (default WooCommerce theme – https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ ) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if that fixes the behavior.
If the problem is independent of the theme, you need to contact the support of WooCommerce.

position: absolute;
}

Hello,
The only way to have another URL is to create a new page and add [xstore_wishlist_page] shortcode into content, then select that page – https://gyazo.com/1e6396fa3f68c1f55ec172dcfc311028
