    We currently have three problems:

    1. Customizer cannot be opened:
We are unable to make changes through the customizer and the “Theme options” through the X-store plugin as this results in the following error: A critical error has occurred on this site. Check your site administrator email inbox for instructions. See enclosed screenshot. Contrary to the notice, we do not receive any e-mail with instructions. This error also occurs when all plugins (excluding woocommerce) are deactivated and when – instead of the child theme – the main theme is activated. The customizer can only be opened after choosing a different theme.

    2. Incompatibility with WooCommerce Additional Variation Images
We bought this plugin via woocommerce.com and makes it possible to also replace the gallery photos with a chosen variation. However it results in breaking up the gallery. As soon as we upload multiple photos to a variation, those photos will all be placed below each other instead of in the gallery. Briefly:
    a. This plugin ensures that you can assign multiple images to a product variation and therefore all photos of a product are replaced after you have chosen that variation
    b. PROBLEM: unfortunately this plugin breaks the gallery of the X-store theme causing all the photos to be one below the other

    3. Incompatibility with WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator.
This plugin purchased via woocommerce.com would give the user insight into how many products are needed based on a number of settings. However, certain parts of this plugin do not work properly. The support that runs through Skyverge indicates that you have previously resolved a compatibility issue with this plugin via this case https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-measurement-price-calculator-plugin-compatibility-issue/ however it seems to be having problems again.
    Briefly:
    a. This plugin ensures that we can enter customers how much surface area (length x width) they need and on that basis the number of products is entered based on how many m² there is in one product (pack).
    b. PROBLEM: in our theme the calculations do not work and the number of products is not increased when something is entered.

    Can you help?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please post different problems via separate topics, next time.
1/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.
After that provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    2/ https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/97-support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin

If you want to have a variation gallery, you do not need to use additional plugins, there is an option in our theme (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Page > Variation gallery).

3/ We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Provide FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

    Regards

    2.
I didn’t know that. Thanks for your help with that. As soon as customizer works again I will get started with this.

    3.
I understand what you’re saying. Glad you took the time to look at this. It would really help us and our customers if we could make this plugin work.

    Hello,

1/ Fixed, the problem was caused by the incorrect name of the custom widget area https://prnt.sc/siy1LBchXsm5
    We’ve disabled the debug.
3/ We’ve disabled Sticky Add To Cart Bar on single product page via Theme Options. Please clear the cache and check now.

    Hi Rose,

Thank you for your great support! This really helps me a lot.

    1.
The first problem has indeed been solved. Super thanks!

    2.
That built-in option to use variation images is now active and that’s exactly what we need. Thank you.

    3.
Almost everything works again here. However, as soon as you enter a surface, it will show how much Overage estimate and Total price that is. If you then press “add to cart”, a number that is based on the entered surface on the product page will neatly appear in the shopping cart. However, the quantity should also be updated directly on the product page when entering the surface on the product page.
In short: if you fill in an area of 10, the number next to the “add-to-cart” should change to more than 1. That won’t happen yet.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
With the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), it doesn’t work also either on cart page https://prnt.sc/vvQtzgQds4zn or on Single product -> https://gyazo.com/c7d974d7675e1162b26751c7d8d2af52
It means the situation is independent of the theme, so you need to contact the authors of the plugin.
