Sidebar widget disappearing on some catergories

Hi, I have two problems that I cannot solve with the xstore theme.
I have some catergories that is not displaying the side widget – it is on the page but in the bottom left hand corner off the screen .
I also have products displaying badly in the products section. It is set to 3 products but some are squashed together.

Thanks for using our theme.
Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area. Also, provide screenshots of problems.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share links here.

Hello,

We can’t log in (the password is incorrect). Please check.

Please try: Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off. Then check your Shop page.
