Hi, I hope you are doing well

I’m using email builder to customize all woocommerce emails, but I can’t customize follow-ups emails addon even if there is the default template, so isn’t it supposed that in the absence of a particular type the default template is used?

Hello,

By default, we provide our Built-in Email builder only for global email types which come from WooCommerce directly but in some cases, if an extra plugin used good code practice and made their emails based on WooCommerce php class, actions, filters then it may work for them also.

Hi,

In the template options, there is a WooCommerce template and I already chose it, but when I test it, I noticed when I received the email, it was the same main WooCommerce template, So I think the template should be the same email builder template.

About adding the filter, I don’t know the filter name like “viwec_accept_email_type” for the follow-ups plugin, so kindly help with it

Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Also, contact the author of the plugin:
What email ids you have inside your plugin. I need to know them to add them to filter which allows me to built own emails’ design using built-in WooCommerce Email builder from XStore theme.

Hello,

We checked the ftp/admin access you provided and also deep inside the code of follows-up plugin. We can tell you that it is not possible to customize those emails via our Email builder due to the fact this plugin provides its own editor for email templates you created -> https://prnt.sc/jXt6yy6NDzuM . We can recommend you to contact with plugin’s author only and ask them about the solution from their side, because from our side we see that it is almost not possible and may take too much time of checking but not successful.
