If you mean the green border with “Product” text it is shown in the editor only, and can’t be displayed for not-admin.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

The first thing you need to do, is renaming translation of the theme and change location – https://prnt.sc/L9ykA4XMbXte To prevent the translation loss after updates, make sure you placed translation files of the theme into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-pl_PL.po, xstore-pl_PL.mo ).
