Mobile and desktop pages are completly different

Hi team,
we are setting up the theme, and problem is that mobile page and desktop page complety diffrent. Theme shows is setting (preview mobile) correct page, but actually page on mobile phone is totaly different. This should be some awesome bug. Diffrent is front page, elements, colours, menu… all – like this is not our designed page!!

Please see image from desktor and from mobile phone (what theme shows under mobile view is fake) here is real view, or you can check from your phone directly.
