    We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    In order to prevent the notice popup from being cached, please add the following cookies to your cache plugin settings > Reject Cookies:

    2,3/ In order to troubleshoot issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    1/ We kindly request that you provide more information regarding your request so that we can better understand it. Thank you for your cooperation.

    2/ There are 2 types of Sizing guide content available in Theme options: popup and download button. For the popup, you can use a static block with the desired content, for example, a button with a link to a page.
    Or use not Sizing guide element, but a custom HTML block.

    3/ Try to disable the Stretch “Add To Cart” option in Single Product Builder > Add to cart & quantity, and check the buy button after that.

    1/ We would suggest you contact the support of WooCommerce – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    2/ Please follow our recommendations and check the result.

    3/ You can do this in test format: enable XStore Ajaxify for elements that are out of the first viewed window size (do not activate this for elements that you see at the top of page), and check results, for example via gtmetrix.
    If you will find any issues you may simply switch off XStore Ajaxify for the widgets which are “problematic”. For example, this option is not recommended for banners with links on buttons.

    4/ This code should not cause any problems on your site with Wishlist functionality.

    Caching time option – Specify the time after which the customer wishlist items cache will be cleared. Note: the customer wishlist items will be kept in the cache for the time you set in this option or until the browser cookies are cleared. This will add an additional cookie to the customer’s browser with the following parameters: name: “xstore_wishlist_ids_0”, purpose: “To store Built-in Wishlist product information”, expiry: “7 days by default”.
    Note: Please remember to include this in the security policy (GDPR).

    Your customers should not face the mentioned problem. You can temporarily activate our Wishlist and do tests from different devices.

    You can activate XStore now.

    It is recommended to run the full import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    If you need to get elements/pages from different demos there are 2 ways:
    – XStore studio allows import sections from different demos, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > click here – https://prnt.sc/udpfle and import the desired block.
    – If you are using WPBakery Page Builder – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI

    Sorry, but your answer is unclear to me.
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) – occurs on sites where the theme was transferred from another site. To solve this, you just need to reactivate the theme as described above.

    Currently, images are not changed on products where the Archive image hover effect is “Inherit”. To solve it, you just need to select Image Hover Effect via Theme Options to “Swap”.

    Your problem is not images, but Theme Options which can’t be loaded and changed. As we can see, the “No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’” error is not solved yet. Ask your hosting provider to check it one more time. Also, ask to downgrade PHP version to 7.6. XStore will be compatible with 8.x PHP from the next theme update.
    Go to Dashboard > Updates, try to re-install WordPress.
    Let us know if it helps with the problem in Theme Options.

    2) We have provided an alternative solution for users who do not wish to use YITH plugins, as they can overload the system more than the similar functionality.

    Ajax can be disabled by adding next code to your child-theme/functions.php

    Or you can disable the XStore functionality in Theme Options -> Woocommerce (Shop) -> Built-in Wishlist -> Enable Built-In Wishlist and Theme Options -> Woocommerce (Shop) -> Built-in Compare -> Enable Built-In Compare and then use the corresponding YITH plugins.

    3) You facing this issue because almost all of the content is built on Elementor and its deactivation accordingly turns off the styles, scripts, and HTML that is being loaded on the page.
    As an option, we can suggest you to enable the XSTORE Ajaxify -> Lazy Loading option ( https://prnt.sc/gUIUs_M1iMlg ) which is available for our XStore Elementor widgets.
    We do not plan to go back to section and columns pather.

    We recommend that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.

    Also, you can try to next Chrome browser tool to clear browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en

    – go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09
    You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issue.

    Also, we’ve disabled “Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

    Please clear the cache and check now.
    Make sure that all your browsers are up to date.

    “Link with popup not working in firefox” – where is this link? Where should we click to be able to see the mentioned popup?
