    Product categories widget in sidebar, and Product categories in Mobile menu are different elements, so they have different settings and default values.

    Please provide the URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    .et_customizer-builder .et_column-inner.ui-sortable::-webkit-scrollbar {
      width: 15px !important;
      height:15px !important;
    }

    and check the scroll bar after that.

    In order to troubleshoot issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    2/ Before doing the reset using the plugin, you need to un-register the theme here – https://prnt.sc/RoawScDF8WFC
