Hello,

The problem may arise when too many plugins are activated on your website and the server is unable to handle the import in such a case.
Please provide wp-admin access, we will try to do the import for you.
Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

On the page you provided, it is shortcode of plugin which is not activated on your site, but was activated on the demo.
If you prefer the Dokan, just edit the page and change the shortcode or you can delete this demo page.
To install the Dokan, go to XStore > Plugins Installer, or install the plugin archive manually.

Vendors will be displayed on this page – https://likebiz.co/?page_id=3896 , once you create them.

Please note that we do not help to configure 3rd party plugins, XStore is compatible with Dokan, but we do not provide personal configuration service, so you need to follow the docs of the plugin.
