When zoom on product variation it shows wrong image

Hello 8 Theme Team,

we are using ur product variation gallery.

when we zoom the product image, the wrong image appears. (See video)

Hello,

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

thanks for fast reply!
We already did this.

I want to notice, that this problem starts since the last update.
Before there was another problem with variation gallery

Changelog: FIXED: Lightbox for product variation gallery
This is fixed an now we have this problem with zooming.

We do not see this problem on our test site. Please provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

ftp in private area.
I have tested it on another test page with xstore :

http://thefutureshop.de/product/bettwaesche-20mm-streifen/

Click on 40×80 variation an color “sekt”
if you click through the pictures and want to zoom in at some point it shows another picture

Hello,

Thanks for FTP access, but we can’t connect:

Error:        	Failed to retrieve directory listing
```
Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else?

My IT Admin told me, to use only unencrypted FTP to connect.

the same problem also appears here when select a variation:

We’ve uploaded the fix on your site.

But there is the next situation: Even the maximum size images of the variations are smaller than required for correct zoom.

You need to upload images for variations in big dimensions.

Okay i will upload bigger images.

But the problem is still there for every product in our store with variation.
I really don´t know what to do except disable zoom for a while.

yes i will rate tonight 🙂

Sorry, but there is still the same problem.
It worked today but after clicking some variations and zooming it is the same problem.

I have deacivate every single plugin and troubleshot, cleared cache but the problem is still there.

When u select a color, clear option and again chose a color, there is the same problem.

I have this problem on my both sites using latest version of xstore.
