All my themes come with this message when I want to create my themes
An error occurred while updating XStore: The update package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Did you try to do the next steps to solve PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) problem?
– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– re-enter purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

yes we have deleted the old code and inserted the new one the problem was not solved by this
have sent all our codes to you, we bought 8 and wanted it to work

This situation can’t be solved from our side.
The re-activation should be done on your sites.
Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access to one of your sites, where the update can’t be done, so we can check the problem more deeply.

We’ve updated the theme on https://r*****vnild.dk/ via the Dashboard.

Please follow the next steps on your sites:
1/ Click here https://prnt.sc/kchzD6R40bpn
2/ Enter the purchase code on the same page and click Register.
3/ Click here – https://prnt.sc/DdeXnuq7XCN0
4/ On the same page select the theme and click on Update.
5/ Update the XStore Core plugin.

Please let us know the result.
