Footer looks different on web that when editing

When I edit the footer it looks like this https://prnt.sc/JYV-ftDqpBbK
But on the web site it looks like this https://prnt.sc/-R3xAzpqgneI

Can anyone tell me how to get the background to appear?

We recommend that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.

Provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area, so we can take a closer look at your settings for the Footer.

ok, yes that made the background appear, so now it is visible.
