Topic: Off canvas not working on cart, login, and wishlist

Hey!
All of my off canvas content stopped working (besides quick view), meaning they all open like a regular link.
I removed all custom code and confirmed they’re all enabled in settings, but still have the issue.

Theme version: 9.0.5
WooCommerce version: 7.5.1

Thank you for your response.

In order to troubleshoot issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

I tried deactivating all the plugins but didn’t work

Hello, Mena,

Please do the next test:
Disable all plugins, except – XStore Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor (free version). And check if there is a problem with Off-canvas (cart, login, and wishlist) when only these 3 plugins are activated.
