Please check if you have this problem when the parent theme is activated. is can be that your custom changes in the child theme caused such a situation.

Please note that the parent theme does not inherit child theme options. So, once you switch from child to parent you get other settings. If you want to import child setting to parent you need to go to Theme Options > Import/Export > export child theme settings, then switch to parent theme and import settings.

It was because you selected product variations ( https://prnt.sc/7dFuN6EimlSf ) there -> https://prnt.sc/kdRqjwbRzIPe and they have only 1 image -> and don’t inherit parent gallery settings for such hover effect.
We have created for you a duplication of your tabs but with variable products instead of variations in the first tab.

In such situation we recommend you not select variations there or change the hover effect to another one for those products in tabs.

According to the next facts :
1/ Our email builder works fine with basic WooCommerce emails in test mode and in real mode;
2/ Our email builder has the option to choose an email template and it supports 3rd-party plugins emails templates;
3/ You have created a template for email of 3rd-party plugin and it works fine with Edit mode but not with live mode;

But according to the fact you wrote you have those emails in the list but don’t be able to get a good design after sending it means that the problem is located in plugin as they might “hardcode” email content or rewrite their templates should be in other paths.
