Topic: Product title line limit isn’t working in Home page

Hi There,
Greetings from Trends Bird Limited. We’re facing a issue in you theme that we had purchased. In our home page when we limit the product title with line or character it’s not working properly. Line option isn’t working totally but character is working partially( Not working properly for all products title).Kindly have a look and solve it as soon as possible.

Hi There,
First of all there are many site in my one server so there is no specific ftp connection for this site. Kindly go to the path (/var/www/mdm/bbb). Here you’ll find this site. Don’t do anything in other site or other folders.
Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

We’ve recreated the problem on our test site and fixed it. The fix will be included in the next update also.

To apply it early, please download 3 files from this page – https://we.tl/t-ufLkZlJA9Q and re-upload them into et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general folder via FTP.

That problem is solved but after your work an unexpected problem has raised. My website containing both desktop header and mobile header. This causing a huge issue in my site. Kindly have a look and fix this as soon as possible.

Hi,
Give me a list of your changing files and folders. Because after your update my server response time got high and my site is loading very slowly as well. Had you update anything or any little update done by you give me a list of that. And a lot’s of problem arise after that so fix it as soon as possible.

The problem was caused by your custom CSS code.
We’ve deleted
.mobile-header-wrapper {
display: unset !important;
}
from https://prnt.sc/c14MVfCe2mgW to fix the problem. You can check the header now.

Hello, @Trends Bird Limited,

Our theme provides three styles of the checkout page, which you can set by using the Advance Cart/Checkout Layout option under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce.

The available styles are Classic, Multistep, and Separated.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to change the layout of the checkout page, except through Customization or by using a third-party plugin.

Thankfully the problem with desktop header and mobile header is solved but we are facing a new problem. I am sorry to say that the problem in
the product title with line or character that you worked on two weeks ago is showing up again.
Kindly have a look and solve it as soon as possible and Please make sure that no other problems appear elsewhere on the website .

You are using an old version of the theme, so we would recommend you update the theme and plugins.

Hello, Trends Bird Limited,

We uploaded a fix in next files:

et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-grid.php
et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-carousel.php

To fix the frontend result you need to resave editor with elements you had issues. We could do it by ourself by after going to editor of your home page we found that there are few “drafts” which could be unfinished of editing and differ from the home page content you have now:

Thank you for solving my line height problem. Now, I’m having an issue with adding products to the cart from the homepage. Initially, it was adding the products to the cart, but now, when I try to add another product, it just keeps loading. Kindly have a look at it and solve the issue as soon as possible. Our changes didn’t make any issues on your web-site but if you check the console after adding the product to cart you may see errors that come from 3d-party plugin → woo tabbed category pro (screenshot is in the private content area)

However, you are still writing the same as before. Therefore, we are confused to repeat that the problem is not caused by our theme, and it is not visible now, so we recommend you clear the cache and check afterward.
