Smart Carousel not working for “Ajax Products Tabs”/Featured Products widget

    I have 2 doubts:

    1) I am using smart carousel option for all products and everything is working fine except in “Ajax Products Tabs” widget in Featured Products where smart carousel is working only for this slider product:

    2) The other question is how to improve the image quality of these sliders since I’m using images in the same aspect ratio as the original image I uploaded. The quick view and single product page images are fine, except for the sliders and store page.

    1/ Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check how it works then.
    If the problem is not caused by a plugin, provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    2/ There are main recommendations – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images You can check how images look like on the Shop page when not our theme, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site. The situation will be the same, so try to contact the support of WooCommerce to get advice.

    Regarding item 1, I disabled all the plugins, leaving only the Elementor, Elementor Pro and XStore Core plugins active, and the problem remained the same.

    Follow the FTP data and access to the dasboard in the private area to verify.

    Regarding item 2, I will study the suggested material, thank you.

    Hello, Stelio,

    It was because you selected product variations ( https://prnt.sc/7dFuN6EimlSf ) there -> https://prnt.sc/kdRqjwbRzIPe and they have only 1 image -> and don’t inherit parent gallery settings for such hover effect.
    We have created for you a duplication of your tabs but with variable products instead of variations in the first tab.

    In such situation we recommend you not select variations there or change the hover effect to another one for those products in tabs.
