Our Testimonials in the Dashboard worked only in case WPBakery is active, so it looks like you used not our Testimonials. Were they from a 3rd party plugin? Please let us know the plugin name.

For example, if we change the current position you have to ‘above all page content’ ( https://prnt.sc/vyh7fRDv1V2W ) then you will be able to have such banners/descriptions on each category page independently on having/not having products attached → https://prnt.sc/3GhThiGHDUNv .

Otherwise, you can copy xstore/woocommerce/archive-product.php file to xstore-child/woocommerce/archive-product.php and customize it to your needs.

For this time we changed the position of the banner option so you can check now!

We use ‘viwec_template’ post type for keeping the Email templates, so you can search for them in your backups.

Also, it will be useful to know that there are also ‘viwec_settings_type’ post_meta and ‘viwec_email_structure’ post meta for each Email template built.

For correct reverting your templates we would recommend you to contact with hosting provider or someone who did it before.
