    You can deactivate the Elementor and test the site speed then.

    Our Testimonials in the Dashboard worked only in case WPBakery is active, so it looks like you used not our Testimonials. Were they from a 3rd party plugin? Please let us know the plugin name.
    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the situation on your site.

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    2/ Do you use Single Product Builder? Is it fine when the builder is disabled?

    3/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    Or leave sizes as they are, but enable Masonry in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout.

    Ajax result speed depends on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for response. So, if it’s slow, ​try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it.

    Our Testimonial Feature is available when the WPBakery plugin is activated. You are using the Elementor plugin, so it is correct that Testimonials are not displayed.

    Some positions of banners (the description of the category) could be shown only in case products are displayed on the page → https://prnt.sc/f1-Puw2GgBJs . For example, if we change the current position you have to ‘above all page content’ ( https://prnt.sc/vyh7fRDv1V2W ) then you will be able to have such banners/descriptions on each category page independently on having/not having products attached → https://prnt.sc/3GhThiGHDUNv .

    Otherwise, you can copy xstore/woocommerce/archive-product.php file to xstore-child/woocommerce/archive-product.php and customize it to your needs.

    For this time we changed the position of the banner option so you can check now!

    We use ‘viwec_template’ post type for keeping the Email templates, so you can search for them in your backups.

    Also, it will be useful to know that there are also ‘viwec_settings_type’ post_meta and ‘viwec_email_structure’ post meta for each Email template built.

    For correct reverting your templates we would recommend you to contact with hosting provider or someone who did it before.

    Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems.
