Testimonial deleted from the website and admin panel

Hi,
We built our client a website with your theme and we used the Testimonial Feature in the admin panel and show them on the website.

Since the last update the Testimonial was completely deleted from the admin and from the front in the website. when we try to reach them by their URL its show 404 error.

I checked it doesn’t show the option at all There.
All it shows is:
Site Layout
Site Width
Starting Point Of The Mobile Header
Mobile Optimization
Mobile User-Scalable
Site Preloader
Images Loader

Menu Advanced Options

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the situation on your site.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Did you use the WPBakery plugin before?

Our Testimonial Feature is available when the WPBakery plugin is activated. You are using the Elementor plugin, so it is correct that Testimonials are not displayed.

No. i didn’t use WPBakery plugin before.
From the beginning, I used elementor and the Testimonial worked fine.

From the last update on the store theme, it’s just disappeared.

Hello, Oshrat,

Our Testimonials in the Dashboard worked only in case WPBakery is active, so it looks like you used not our Testimonials. Were they from a 3rd party plugin? Please let us know the plugin name.
