    Hello,
i`ve added some attribute filters to “Shop sidebar” but they seem not showing up. The only filter that works is “price filter” which is a separate widget itself.
Any idea how to fix that? Thanks

    Hello, Pavlin Grutsov,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello, Pavlin Grutsov,

Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
We need to find out if the situation is caused by XStore or by something else.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Pavlin Grutsov,

    Thank you for your response.

By checking your real website (not staging) we found you have only 2 widgets added to the Shop sidebar → https://prnt.sc/RcxyriXMVpnX
Once we added filter by attributes widget → https://prnt.sc/ANbHmmEUczNd it shows on frontend → https://prnt.sc/LiMMrl-I0V60

We think the reason for not showing some widgets could be in case you add many widgets and each of them contains many options as this one → https://gyazo.com/b86db60dab3a00fd4a4419967af0c362

The loading time and amount of widgets (with its options) are depended on WordPress memory size and server response time. We would recommend you minimize options for widgets or contact your hosting provider to make the best parameters for your website to load fast and correctly.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

Thanks. I`ve removed the widgets this morning as there was an issue with a menu (it was caused by “Ajax filter” option, but this would be another topic later on). Indeed now the filter widget works now.
    Thanks!
