I uploaded a video of the same size as the images on my host and placed it on the product page, but the gallery images still do not display well.

You are sure that the problem is from the side of Elementor Pro!

I disabled Elementor Pro and reinstalled it, but it didn’t work

According to the fact It is not possible to fix such issue globally we can propose you few possible ideas and we hope one of them will satisfy your requirements.
1/ You can switch video position to last and get next result → https://gyazo.com/764f4ae7984c9062621b8d3440311428
2/ You can try to add next custom CSS:
```
@media only screen and (min-width: 650px) {
    .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper .slick-list,
    .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper .slick-track {
        height: 100% !important;
    }
}
```
