    Hello, Duarte,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,

    Hello, Comprasnethost,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Use an SEO plugin to add the necessary OG image and OG description for your pages, posts, and products. Try, for example, the Yoast SEO plugin, and disable Theme Options > Seo settings.

Please remember to clear the Facebook cache for any products or pages that have been previously shared. You can do so by using the following link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

    Hello, Stemalo,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

XStore provides the option of 1 live site licensing and 2 staging site licensing for testing purposes per purchase code.

On your account page https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=634 you can view your licenses and activations. When you deactivate a theme, the corresponding information will be removed, allowing you to proceed with a new activation. Please rest assured that this process will not disrupt the functionality of your website.

At the same time, we are able to monitor not only the currently active websites but also all websites that have ever used the purchase code. If, after deactivation, it is found that the theme continues to be used on a site and it is not part of the same project, you will be notified of a potential violation. However, this would be a separate matter to address.

Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, Jigar kanoo,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand your concern regarding the loading speed of your website, and we are here to assist you in finding the best solution. While adding a plugin like Airlift may help improve your website’s loading speed, we recommend first analyzing the root cause of the issue to ensure the most effective resolution.

Here are a few steps you can take to optimize your website’s performance:

    1. **Caching Plugin**: Ensure you are using a reliable caching plugin, such as WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache, to optimize your website’s loading time.

    2. **Image Optimization**: Compress and optimize your images using tools like Smush or ShortPixel to reduce their size without compromising quality.

    3. **Minify CSS, JavaScript, and HTML**: Minify your website’s code to reduce file sizes and improve loading speed. Many caching plugins offer this feature.

    4. **Hosting Provider**: Check with your hosting provider to ensure your server resources are sufficient for your website’s needs. Upgrading to a faster hosting plan or using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) like Cloudflare can also significantly improve performance.

    5. **Theme Optimization**: Ensure that your XStore theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions. Outdated software can sometimes cause performance issues.

    Hello, Hind Technologies,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that we provide support exclusively through this forum and not via phone.

We are sure that our theme and plugins do not include any viruses or malware code, by default. You can download original files from ThemeForest (full theme package with plugins) and check. If you found a virus or your antivirus found any malware code, we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to scan whole the WP installation, maybe DB to remove the injections and protect your site for the future.

Your web-site redirects could be caused by your server configuration settings and should be asked your hosting provider then.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ We understand your concern regarding the absence of a sitemap on your Mediaspulse website. A sitemap is indeed an essential component for website navigation and search engine optimization. However, this particular issue does not appear to be directly related to our theme. Please note that you will have access to a sitemap regardless of the theme you choose.

As the developers of the theme, we are happy to assist with any issues that are specifically related to our product. If you encounter any theme-related concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know, and we will be glad to help.

Maybe these articles will be helpful for you – https://yoast.com/help/xml-sitemap-errors/ https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-yoasts-wordpress-seo-sitemap-404-error/

2/ We are writing to inform you about an issue related to the usage of your XStore theme license in accordance with Envato’s license policy.

As per Envato’s terms and conditions, 1 license of the XStore theme can be used exclusively for 1 live, active project. This means that each project, website, or domain requires its own unique license. Using a single license for multiple projects or domains violates the license agreement and may result in restrictions on future updates, support, and other services associated with the theme.

We kindly request you to verify your usage and ensure compliance with the licensing policy. If you are running multiple projects, we recommend purchasing additional licenses to cover each active site. You can do so directly through your Envato account.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding licensing, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

    Hello, Sreejith,

    You’re welcome!

We have made some adjustments to the header content settings using the Elementor plugin. It is currently difficult to pinpoint the exact option that caused the issue, as it seems to have been the result of a combination of specific parameters. However, minor modifications to the width and padding of the containers have resolved the problem.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello, Subho,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that the header on your website is displaying twice.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
