Product archives editing causes a critical error on the site

    I get the dreaded critical error message when I try to update my product category archives via Elementor. The follow up error e-mail says the problem comes from XStore Core. Could you check out what’s going on? (See private area for access).

    No other archives I attempt to edit seem to give me this error.

    Please provide us with temporary FTP access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hi Jack

    I am still getting the error. I added a link to the screenshot of where I get stuck. On the Products Archive in Elementor, when I go to click edit, that’s when I encounter the error, thus unable to edit it.

    Yes, working now! May I ask what the fix was, so if it’s something I am able to do on my end, I won’t have to take resources away from other users in need?
