    Hello, stemalo,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Could you kindly provide us with the WordPress admin access credentials and the URL of the page where the images with varying heights are displayed? This will allow us to thoroughly review your settings and assist you more effectively.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could describe your request in detail, specifying exactly what you are looking to achieve or your desired outcome.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I resolved this already by myself. The URL you do have. I wrote that under private content. Like now. Take a look at the homepage please. The header is wider as the rest of the content. But I didn’t find any setting to define the container width.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, stemalo,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ If you are utilizing the Header Builder via Elementor, you can edit the header by navigating to **XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor**. From there, you can adjust the container width according to your requirements and save the changes.

Additionally, you have the option to configure the site width by going to **XStore > Theme Options > General > Layout**.

For your convenience, we have provided a reference image in the private content area.

We also encourage you to review our theme documentation for further guidance: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

2/ Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/

Should you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

The problem with the width I resolved now. Thanks.
But due to domain changing I’m unsure.

    You write:
” I want to keep in mind that the 8THEME team follows a manual review and verification process for domain deactivation requests. This careful verification ensures that the process is secure and accurate due requirements of the ThemeForest license policy. ”

Means that, if I de-activate the current domain, my site is down for a certain period?
The initially sub-domain was only for staging purposes, now I want to change to real domain.

    Hello, Stemalo,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

XStore provides the option of 1 live site licensing and 2 staging site licensing for testing purposes per purchase code.

On your account page https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=634 you can view your licenses and activations. When you deactivate a theme, the corresponding information will be removed, allowing you to proceed with a new activation. Please rest assured that this process will not disrupt the functionality of your website.

At the same time, we are able to monitor not only the currently active websites but also all websites that have ever used the purchase code. If, after deactivation, it is found that the theme continues to be used on a site and it is not part of the same project, you will be notified of a potential violation. However, this would be a separate matter to address.

Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Okay, I’ve now deactivated the staging domain. But I can’t find a button/link to activate another domain. Or is this not necessary?

Live Domain: There are currently no activated domains yet.
    Anyway, if not also fine.
