    Please note that we provide support exclusively through this forum and not via phone.

    We are sure that our theme and plugins do not include any viruses or malware code, by default. You can download original files from ThemeForest (full theme package with plugins) and check. If you found a virus or your antivirus found any malware code, we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to scan whole the WP installation, maybe DB to remove the injections and protect your site for the future.

    Your web-site redirects could be caused by your server configuration settings and should be asked your hosting provider then.

It is currently difficult to pinpoint the exact option that caused the issue, as it seems to have been the result of a combination of specific parameters.     From the screenshot you provided, it appears that the page layout was imported correctly. Regarding the issue with the images, this is expected behavior. Since you already had images in your media library, the imported images were assigned different identifiers than they would have been if the demo content had been installed on a clean site.

    You can manually replace the images, but please note that this process may take some time.

    As for the mega menu, could you please provide a link to your website rather than just a screenshot? This will help us better understand how the menu appears on your site and provide more accurate assistance.
