Single Produkt customizer Product Page second variante not reachable

    Hello everyone,

    I need your help, there is an error in the product customzier.
    I have two different product pages and have always been able to edit them. I wanted to customize something today, but I can’t get to it… when I click on edit – the block page is strangely loaded and the edit mode is not available.

    Second: Also, strangely enough, the code on the on “ custom html 4” ( [gzd_product_delivery_time] ) is no longer displayed but on the other product page, but it is.

    hmmmmmm…….

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Hallo Rose,

    I wanted to get in touch because I found the error.
    So I had a few products where I switched from my product page variant 1 to 2.

    After the change, the shipping times for these products were somehow … for whatever reason deleted…. these were no longer selected on the product page in the backend. I have selected them again on the product pages.

    2. customizer….. the caching plugin Phast PRESS – causes the problem…. when it is inactive, everything works.

    I deactivate it now when I have to work on a product in the Customizer… I don’t see any other caching errors at the moment everything looks normal….. i Hope soooo lol

    Hello Rose, my problems are solved. That’s what I wanted to say. The problem was when I assign the new products page template to an existing product, then the delivery times disappear. At product page level. These were no longer selected after I had changed the product page template. I simply selected them again. Now Its fine..

    Customizer: Its a Caching Problem with phast Press in the current version. When it is inactive, the costumizer works without problems. I write to the plugin provider and ask what the problem could be. But maybe you can also contact them that there is a problem. LG Oliver
