    As we can see this is a customization request. Sorry, but it is not included in the basic support scope we can provide. You need to look into additional customization services, for example, contact – https://codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX

    We also recommend not to share such links in public, as they may contain sensitive information such as access and API keys. We’ve moved the link from you into the Private Content area.

    Most likely, this functionality will be implemented through WooCommerce Rest API, so we recommend keeping the options
    Customizer ->Speed Optimization->Disable REST API Endpoint
    and
    Customizer ->Speed Optimization->Disable Embeds
    disabled.

    If you found out that it is the LiteSpeed cache plugin that causes the problem, you can change it to another cache plugin, or check the settings of the LiteSpeed cache to disable an option – the reason for the problem.

    Some of our customers use the LiteSpeed cache plugin, but in our documentation, we recommend other cache plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
    Unfortunately, not all settings of the Litespeed plugin are compatible with our theme, and you need to spend some time configuring it, or it will be fastest to change the cache plugin.
    The LiteSpeed plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme, so we do not plan to edit theme files, because they are already optimized and work fine with other plugins.
    We really want to help you, but in this case, there is no quick way to solve it, editing theme files may cause problems for current theme functionality and compatibilities – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/third-party-plugins/ Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
    We hope for your understanding and are sorry for the inconvenience.
    Maybe support of the Litespeed plugin will be able to assist you, in another case change the cache plugin to one of recommended in our documentation.

    General site speed depends on many factors – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ , not just on the theme, but on your server settings, images you use, third-party plugins you use, etc.
    Google Pagespeed always scores 20-50 points for mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.
    We suggest that you follow the instructions provided by Google PageSpeed Insights, for example – https://prnt.sc/R8cl_3u8sH4T
    Eliminate render-blocking resources – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/
    Reduce initial server response time – contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select today/yesterday date and check what errors are there.

    If you get the same 3 products with Storefront activated, but you are sure that more products should be displayed, contact the support of WooCommerce.

Make sure that it can’t be solved just by clearing the cache. “about this I sent a request to the plugin support” – please let us know what exactly plugin causes the problem and let us know their answer, this information may be useful for some our customers in future.

    We always strive to do our best to help all of our customers.

    1/ Yes, the speed of your site is better now.

    2/ WooCommerce > Status > Logs > we do not see errors from the w3 total cache plugin from today date.

    3/ Some images do not appear, because of using 3rd-party plugin for image optimization. We’ve changed “Image Loading Type” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization from “Lazy” to “Default”.
    All images are shown now, isn’t it?
    If you want to use our Lazy option, you need to disable 3rd party plugin that conflicts with it, or change the settings of that plugin (to find out what exactly plugin, disable plugins one by one to find out after disabling of which one the problem disappears).

    4/ The button is added by an additional plugin, so we are not responsible for it. Please contact support of the plugin first.
    Also, provide FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.
