Related products show exact same products across the category

Please choose any/all products from the category, you will see the exact same related products showing up.

Also, I have selected grid option with 8 products, which is not showing for this category.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Please read about related products here – https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ These products are independent of the theme.
“Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.”

Now if you read my pointers carefully,

I have set the related products to show 8 in number. But this category shows 3 products only in related products for all the products, even if there are more relevant matches in terms of category and tags. There are nearly 30+ products with the exact same category and tags. Still it shows those 3.

Related products are independent of the theme, to confirm it, please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on your site.

If you get the same 3 products with Storefront activated, but you are sure that more products should be displayed, contact the support of WooCommerce.
If you get more related products with Storefront activated, please let us know. We will check the situation more deeply (FTP access will be needed).
