How to edit pages, like home page and contact us?

Good day, I’ve been trying to edit the info from exported the child theme, for example I open homepage and click edit with elementor, a window opens and says 404 not found, what am I doing wrong to edit pages?

I found out a way but is not practical, by logging in on the WP site, then using the top header of wordpress and directly clicking edit with elementor, but only works by enabling elementor SAFE MODE ON, but as you know not everything loads, I’m currently updating all plugins to latest version to see if that fixes it, but I’m letting you know because maybe you know of a more practical way to do it

after playing with plugins, I found out that Xstore Core is the plugin causing the conflict with elementor, any advice on this please?

We suggest that you navigate to WP-Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks >> set Post name type instead of the Plain type, save changes and try again after clearing the browser cache.

Good day, I had to stop the project because of a family issue, but now Im back, I just updated everything, including theme and plugins, as mentioned before I can NOT edit the template, when I try to open element it just wont load, ask me to go SAFE MODE to be able to do it, I already did the permalinks from plain type to Post name, the only way I can make elementor work here is if I disable X-CORE , please help me

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select today/yesterday date and check what errors are there.
