    Hi,

We are using your “Variation Swatches”:

We have a problem with “Out Of Stock” Design option.

As you can see in screeshot this option doesn’t work for us.

    Thanks again.

    Hello, Desgest,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > set “Hide out of stock products from catalog”.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Ok,

I know how to do that.

Now my problem is this one:

    Exist any way to show:

—A product with variations swatches “cross lined”
—And another product Full out of stock. -> With the brand “out of stock”.

    ??

On the other hand, we ask you if know any compatible plugin with Xstore, for “waiting list”. If we use this option:
WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > set “Hide out of stock products from catalog”.

Our Wait list plugin doesn’t work. Is this one:

Thanks again for your great support.

    Hello, Desgest,

1/ Please download frontend.min.js file – https://we.tl/t-Ub94nEotc1 and re-upload it into et-core-plugin/packages/st-woo-swatches/public/js folder via FTP. Clear cache and check swatches after that. You may uncheck “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option.

2/ We did not test such plugins with our theme, so can’t give solid recommendations. The mentioned by you plugin is paid, so their support team may try to assist you (we would recommend you to contact their support).

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Thanks so much!

Your solution works fine for us!

Note: Maybe, it would be a great idea for future updates… combine “full out of stock” products and “out of stock” variable products.

I read in 8theme forum there are others customers of yours that need this solution.

    Thanks again!

    Hello, Desgest,

We hope you are doing well.

Our dev team currently working on our own Built-in Waitlist. Would you like to test its archive on your staging/test site and provide us with your feedback then?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
