    Free shipping not updating on checkout page to remove cost, it still only offers the standard charge and cost

    The free shipping shows as activated on image one
    When you get to checkout, shipping cost still shows as full

    Hi there. I have this same issue, and it has nothing to do with the progress bar.

    We have free shipping for orders over 25€ and we charge for shipping for orders under 25€.

    If the order is above 25€, on the checkout page two options appear:
    – Free shipping
    – Paid shipping

    Before activating Xstore, as soon as the order got above 25€, the free shipping got selected by default. Paid shipping was still clickable.

    After activating Xstore, Paid shipping stays selected by default, instead of defaulting to the Free shipping option. Both are still clickable. But it’s very easy for the customer to miss out on clicking the “free shipping” option.

    Here’s why I think it happens:
    – if the customer adds a product priced above 25€, everything works properly.
    – If the customer is “filling up” the basket with products cheaper than 25€, it’s not working properly.

    Example of working properly:
    – add 1x item costing 60€ – free shipping gets selected automatically in checkout

    Example of not working properly:
    – add 10x 1€ items, then add 2x 3€ items, and free shipping is *not* getting auto selected (although the cart is now over 25€).

    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check what can be done to help you.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
