Translation of bottom menu on mobile devices

Good morning,
Now I want to fix the visualization on mobile supports.
How do I translate the menu at the bottom that appears on mobile media (as shown in the photo)?
Uploading to mobile media fails.
should i set from theme options? and go mobile
