    We noticed that you are currently using the XStore Checkout Multistep widget, which is designed to display the shipping cost details as part of the checkout steps. By default, this layout does not show the shipping costs in the right-hand area. However, we do offer an option to display this information within the order details section.     We assure you that we provide a good level of support but if you can’t wait or are unhappy with something you can choose another theme and refuse ours. Just apply for a refund.

    1/ To edit the layout of single product page, please go to XStore Builders > Single product builder via Elementor > edit template.

    1/ Please add the following custom CSS to the Single Product editor:

    – Navigate to the Product Gallery widget.
    – Click on the “Advanced” tab.
    – Scroll down to the “Custom CSS” section and insert the following code snippet:

    2. **Check WPML String Translation Module**
    Go to **WPML > String Translation** and search for the untranslated strings. Use the search bar to locate specific text (e.g., “Cart” or “Checkout”) and ensure translations are added for all relevant strings.

    3. **Translate Admin Texts**

    Have you contacted support of the plugin and solved the issue?

    Could you please test the same question using a default theme like Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the question may not be related to the theme itself.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
