    Dear Team I have used your feature of Quantity Type (Xstore) feature in Simple product type option. When we go to the product page in the customer frontend website page the add to cart or buy now buttons functions properly and shows the product qty and price as per the select options provided by me. But when I try to click on add to cart button on category / catalog mode it simply ads only 1 qty and price of 1 qty instead of select options provided by me. I want that the catalog / category view option should add first qty (50 qty) option from select options provided by me. Can you please help me rectify this issue?

    Hello, Parag,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    2/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,

    Hi Team, i have shared the required details. As explained earlier I am your feature of Quantity Type (Xstore) feature with select type in Simple product type option. Everything works fine on the product page, that means if i visit the product page and i select the qty and click on add to cart or use the buy now button the price and qty shows proper. But if in case I click on the Add to cart button which is either present on the home page or on the category page of any categories, the qty shows 50 but the price shows only of 1 qty and if we click on proceed to check out it shows 1 qty and its price instead of showing the configured qty and price. Kindly not we are using both select type for few products and inherit type for few products with simple product type. This problem is occurring for the products with select type of Quantity Type. Request you to kindly help in resolving out issue.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Parag,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Team, I tried your sugesstions but i am still facing this issue. Request you to kindly re-check once from your side. I will try to get you the required FTP details as well.

    In the mean time found another issue on the product page, the thumbnail image of the product image overlaps description section in desktop view on uploading more than 4 images. It even breaks the layout when we scroll up or down. Can you please check and fix it? Please find the screenshots.

    Hello, Parag,

    1/ Please add the following custom CSS to the Single Product editor:

    – Navigate to the Product Gallery widget.
    – Click on the “Advanced” tab.
    – Scroll down to the “Custom CSS” section and insert the following code snippet:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 650px) {
    selector .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper ul {
        overflow: hidden;
        padding-top: 0;
    }
    selector .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper li {
        display: inline-block;
        height: auto;
    }
    }

    This should resolve the issue related to the slider overlay.

    2/ Header Builder via Elementor > edit template > edit Cart element settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > add the next code:

    selector .quantity-wrapper select {
        height: 35px;
    }

    Best Regards,

    Hello @Parag

    The quantity is set to 1 value by default and it can be changes when the quantity select is displayed across the product content. We provide next options in our Archive Products widget -> https://prnt.sc/S8z4wft_QZvB and the work of such configuration can be usefull for your case as it adds 50 amount at once. Please, check the work of add to cart button now as we set the correct settings on your web-site.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly provide us with detailed clarification on how the minimum product quantity of 50 was configured? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
